These Clown triggers grow some 20" and are very aggressive, but not as so as the Queen trigger. Clown trigger`s grow quicky and in a 60 they would be a menace with such smaller fishes. On my list of the nasty triggers, clowns come in 3rd position. You can keep a clown in a smaller tank, but if so you would need to exchange it every time it reaches the size of 6". These triggers are very beautiful fishes but one who plans on housing one must have a larger system. To give you an idea of what i do mean, once i had a queen trigger, and this baby has grown a foot inside a year, but ofcourse the queen is even more aggressive for any food, the queen when grown to 5" began attacking even me, no kiddin these guys are tough, now you never hear about it but queen triggers are known to attack divers, to my understanding these triggers are the fearless of them all, even the undulate trigger i beieve was giving more a bad rap is more of a push over when it comes to a queen trigger and the queen trigger grows a foot more the the undulate. Why don`t you think about perhaps having a Niger trigger. Happy Holidays

:I want to get a CLOWN TRIGGER for my boyfriend for xmas. It would be a new addition to his 60 gallon tank with 2 small damsils. I was all for it until i read on this forum how aggressive they are. Is this a bad idea?? Need help!!
