Well if i was running that 55, ill have no larger fish then 4 to 5", depending on the species. One comes to mind are wrasses like the smalltail wrasse, eightline wrasse or the scott`s fairy wrasse and the flame angelfish or coral beauty and as well any smaller species of pufferfishes, but in a 55, depending the the species you choose, you be able to house in that 55 anywhere from 3 fishes to 5 fishes, if you choose all fishes that will grow, lets say 5", i would only house 3 fishes, and along with them just afew smaller species, that wouldnt be in any danger of being pick on, but ofcourse, there isn`t any guaranties that none would be safe from aggressions. Have a happy holidays, ><{{{{"> Buddy

:: Hi, if you decide in a trigger, when a trigger is so small a 55 is ok, but they grow and many them grow fast and a 55 isn`t a good size tank to house them in, and when a hobbyist wishes to mix differ trigger species in an aquarium, you would need as larger tank you can afford. Happy Fishing
