sick picasso trigger

I've had a 2-3" Picasso trigger for a little over 2 weeks. He was very active, eating a lot, even from my hand, & seemed fine. Then 2 days ago he started hiding, won't come out at all. I can see him in the rocks, but he won't eat at all & his color is fading slightly, although he has no other visible signs of disease or illness. The water is fine & none of the others is sick (cinnamon clown, lyretail hawk, blue damsel, yellow tang & blueheaded wrasse). Nobody was picking on him at all. Any ideas? Thanks.
