I would say yes, conditionally. If they were the last fish added to the tank, and the angels already well established, it should be fine. HOWEVER, the angels should not be kept together, and the clown shouldnt be kept in a tank with other fish that's smaller than 300 gal or so, as they can get to be 18" in length, as can the angels in question.
