I would say no. Triggers, as a rule, get large and aggressive, which you already know, but even as babies they can chew of substantial chunks of live rock and will rearrange their habitat to suit themselves, decimating the reef in the process. Also, when they're REALLY tiny, they can, and WILL, lock themselves into the crevices in your reef and then become impossible to remove.

I wouldn't do it. I've SEEN it done, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, but i, personally, would not reccomend that you do that.
