Clown Trigger - Feeding

I have a twelve month old clown.Also similar aged Bird mouth wrasse,Emperor Angel.I feed them once a day on Cockle,Mysis,Brine Shrimp.Recently Wrasse has been burying himself and a few lost tail fins.Angel ok, but also a few lost fins.I am thinking of feeding them more often...Any suggestions will be greatly received...Thanks Lee
