Trigger scratching itself.

Hi,

I recently moved my 60 gallon salt water fish tank, and since I have set it up, my Picasso trigger fish has been scratching itself on the rocks. This wouldn't trouble me, but once he gets going he keeps scratching himself for a long time, and only I can get him to stop. It only does this every few days.I've checked for any other signs of disease/parasites, and he has no other symptoms. Besides the above, he acts normally, feeds regularily and aggresivly, displays no abnormal spots, etc. I'm kind of worried about him, is this a symptom of any kind of disease I am not aware of?
