I have two tanks--one with mostly tiger barbs and the other with mostly long-finned danios. I suspect the danios are beating up on a guppy in their tank and feel bad watching his tail disappear more and more. A possible solution would be to move to danios in with the barbs EXCEPT that the barbs are notorious nippers. I read somewhere, however, that danios and barbs are compatible and was wondering if this is actually true? I kind of thought that they wouldn't be good together at all...too much temptation in those flowy fins for the barbs. ??
