I got the same thing on my fishys(fishies?) It does look like a tiny bubble on the fins, and a few on the bodies. Today the worst one only had a few spots, but other fish are now getting one or 2 on them. I do have tons of tiny bubbles in the tank(from the bubble wall), looks so cool :) Guess I'll watch closely for a few days to see what happens.

:Ok now my black neons have no more spots on them.. I have notice several other fish have a couple of spots now.. (Neon tetras) They come and go.. I don't know anymore.. Ick or no ick? water bubbles?? I know the fish are not covered in these spots.. just a couple on several neons..
