:I just changed the water in my tank. One of my Black Tetra's had their fins turn from a black color to clear. Is she Ok? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Generally color fading like that is a sign of stress, either from too quick movements on your part or from a change in the pH. Did you test your tank and tap pH before doing the change? If the difference between the two is a big difference then you don't want to change too much water. When there is a big difference the best thing to do is small water changes everyday until you can get them very close to the same, and then do weekly water changes, if you haven't been, to prevent it from happening again. Just keep an eye out that the extra stress doesn't cause any disease, but your tetra should be just fine.
