powder blue tangs

please help!! My husband surprized me with a beautiful powder blue tang today for my birthday, but I know this is a delicate fish. My tank is only three months old w/ exellent water perimeters and 3 hardy fish. There is lots of algae, and diet will not be a problem. Please e-mail me any info, or direct me to a site. I'd like to know what temp, ph is best. Today's reading on FAST-TEST:
salinity=1.023 1 royal gramma
ph=8.1 1 tiny catalina goby
ammon.=0 1 perc. clown
nitrite=0 1 female lyre tail anthius
nitrate=barely 10 1 pink tip florida anenome (small)

50 gal. w/ live rock
