Miscarriage

It has been over 2 months since my female swordtail had her baby fries born. I am pretty sure the fish is still pregnant. She has a lump growing inside her body 1 week after those babies were born. And then 2 weeks after that, I saw some spilling of blood inside her body (it's a neon orange swordtail). And then 2 weeks ago, my heater didn't work and no one noticed it. The tank water was 21 degrees for awhile and after that more than half a dozen fishes died. The pregnant one remained alive. But I noticed more serious internal bleeding (from the dark red spot behind her stomach) is happening to her. I am wondering what I can do to cure her lump and her miscarriage. I think the lump had prevented her from giving birth at first and then the sudden temperature drop made her gill area look yellowish. I did a few treatments for her using the fungus-curing pills. She seemed to get better. Is there any way to help her get rid of the blood and maybe dead fries from her body? It is bad to keep th blood inside her body.
