:so i live in north carolina... and i don't have power, big surprise... my apartment is at 50 degrees (but that will drop tonight since it is going to be in the teens) my fish are all still alive, but the water is cold and i can't filter the water. when the power does come back up, what is the best way to warm those guys back up?
:also, it is possible that i might not have power till the 11th. what can i do, if anything, for these poor fish?!?
:thanks!

If you haven't done so already, wrap the tank with towels or blankets to prevent anymore heat from escaping. You may also want to go out and get a battery operated air pump for $10 if you don't already have one to at least keep the surface movement going for gas exchange. To warm up the room, which in turn will warm up the tank, try getting a kerosene heater.
