about a week ago, my snail started a growth spurt, and its grown about an inch of fresh golden shell....today i was transferring it to another tank, and when i was pulling it off the glass, the new growth broke off...since it was a good inch or so of shell, do you thnk hell be ok? he tried to bite me i think..cause he stuck this thing out, and it started grinding on my finger...but anyway- what can i do about it?
