Okay, my car is a bit messed up and I cannot get out of the house to go and get more water conditioner to treat the chlorine in my tap water, to make it safe for my little fishes....The problem is, the big tank is alright, but my daughter's little gold fish bowl that contains a single golden apple snail is starting to smell, and I cannot change the water. The smell is growing greater with each hour it seems, and I won't be able to fix the problem until next week at least....Is there anything else I can do to the water, i.e. boiling it, putting something else in it, etc...to make it safe for for the snail until I can get the water treatment????
