It depends on species. It's almost like asking how long does it take to get from 0 to 60 in your car?? In a ferrari it's 2.4 seconds. In My VW beetle it's a minute and a half :-)
Anyways I have heard Apple Snails take about 4 weeks to hatch.
Apple is the same as a mystery snail.
