I am not exactly sure how long they take to hatch but it's not long. You will soon see baby snails in the tank. They will multiply extremely fast, so unless you want lots of snails I'd remove the plant and try to remove the eggs. There's a way to disinfect them to remove the snails and eggs, though I'm not sure how. If you go down the thread here, it is discussed in quite a few posts. Good luck!
