: Hi, fellow, listen you said you just have other filters for good measures, now if this 270 was setup correctly then you really have no need for a canister and whatever else you added extra. I mean you do have a sump with a good skimmer with a 30 watt UV, right?? So i`ll like to know exactly what you have on this 270, if you really like to know what you have is correct in setup, like i have 240`s and nothing extra has been added on for filtration, just maybe you have no idea but the skimmer is your 270 gal system`s heart, it fails, it`ll make no never mind how canisters you add on, they won`t help matters.
