i have a six-gallon eclipse aquarium. it currently has i hermit crab and two damsel fish, and i was planning on purchasing about 10 dwarf seahorses for it fairly soon. i have already kept dwarf seahorses before in this tank, but had issues with the filtration because it was too strong. the seahorses got stuck on the intake tube, and the brine shrimp i fed them got sucked up completely. is there any way i could modify this filter to make it more seahorse-friendly? i wouldn't want to buy another filter for this tank, mainly because the allure of an eclipse is the built-in filter. also, is there any commercial-variety brine shrimp enricher? i had a mortality last time because brine shrimp are insufficient food sources for seahorses.
