Your tank needs to be well established. Reading of zero on everything except nitrates. Seahorses cannot tolerate any amonia, and fluctuations of any sort are stressful. The key to healthy seahorses are stress free seahorses. Captive breds are by far the easiest to keep. They eat frozen food and resist disease.
