First of all things, always check your nitrates and stuff, make sure your water testing kit is realiable, how many times a month do you do water changes-
Heres what to do, either something is in your tank or the dealers or where it came from. The dealers usually may hold up seahorses for days without food, and although they look good, their insides are already being digested. Check if the pet stores seahorses are sick. WHat I beleive is that your have parasites, or too much nitrates, or something that is hurting your seahorse.
