Let me congraulate you for coming back to your fasionation with seahorses. Let me help you out a bit:
1first you well need a small tank, I don't recommend a tank bigger than 5 gallons for under 15 seahorses, especally for beginners.
2find out how to hatch baby brine shrimp
3some gravel(usually anything works)
4decorations
5calupra
6and finally dwarf seahorses
