No. The RR tank is basicly a tank with all the suplys nessisary it can be more or less money. It really depends on the Tank and the buyer. I dont have a reef becouse I cant afford it. I personaly like to set up my oun tanks becouse you dont really know how good the equipment is in the RR tan. It could have the crappiest stuff and lighting. Its up to you really i recomend buying every thing seporite. Have FUN.
