Hi, for years the only fish I've owned is Bettas. I love the red tail sharks, and have read all the concerns about them being territorial/aggressive etc. I may or may not try one out with my betta. My question is what kind of tank do red tails need, do they need bubbles, air filters, pumps, etc.? Or can they live without it? This may be a really silly question, but I've only had fish in bowls before. I remember a very personable and beautiful red tail shark from my childhood, but not the tank set-up it was kept in.
