Tiger barbs and red-tailed shark?

My tank is 29 Gallon. My red-tailed shark keeps chasing my tiger barbs (totle is 9) one by one for quite a while after he eat. Do I need to move red-tailed shark out to prevent my tiger barbs from stessing to dead? Untill now, my tiger barbs look not too bad. They just get together in the corner when red-tailed shark chase one of them out. It seems no one is too tired because red-tailed shark always change his target.
Can you give me some suggestions? Thank you!
