and its about 2 inches.
I went out and bought algae tablets and the rts and tiger barbs love it. Tiger barbs break up the tablets and the rts eats the "crumbs" left behind.
So with the brine shrimp, algae tablets, nutrafin complete flakes, nutrafin color enhancing flake food, and the green algae im growing in the glass jar should be good enough for my rts, hopefully.
I noticed that after my rts eats he starts chasing the tiger barbs and whens theres no food he's busy searching for food. lol i love this fishes behavior.
I read somewhere that rts become shy and hide more when they get older, is this true?
I would really like to breed rts, i know its very difficult but i have some ideas. My first idea would be to put a male/female (grrr theres another problem, finding out which sex they are) in a large tank with a divider. Im not sure what type of divider would be best though. My other idea would be to put alot (20 or more) of rts in the same tank. But soemone probaly alreay tried this.
ok enough typing fro now im sure no one like reading a long post, :)
btw rts RULES!!!!!!!
