Okay well during the summer we had a lush patch of green cat tails and a well covered surface of water with lilies and flowers, however due to winter all of the plants have died, now heres the questiong I was wondering if when spring comes alogn should we remove the old dead plants and put a new patch of lily pads or just leave them there and put the new one in anyways? lemme know
