I Can't Get Rid Of My Pond Foam

I've tried everything I can think of. The foam comes from where my waterfall hits the water. I have a Nursery Pro UV Pond Filter. I've drianed half the pond and replaced it with conditioned water. My pH levels are at 7.5, there's no amonia, and no nitrites. Any ideas anyone? I've been running my pump, filter, and water full 24/7 for the past week. Last week is when the foam has been present.
