You cannot edit it.

To answer you question, it is safe, assuming that the connection from the cord on the pump to the extention cord is 100% water-tight! Also, as an aditional measure of protection, you should ensure that the plug in that this will be going to is on a breaker with a ground circuit. This will ensure that the breaker is tripped if there ever is moisture anywhere in the system, rather than burning your house down.
