:By large disc, you mean the ones that are about a half inch across? Then yes, I think that overkill. He could just as easily live off of a third of that daily, I'm sure. Any other bottom tankmates vying for the food?
Yes they are about half an inch. It's just him although my two swordtails and 2 gouramies do try and steal some. I turn the lights out soon after I give it to him hoping the other fish wont get much. They get their own food and I don't want them to get overfed.
Should I get some smaller disc's and just give him one of them?
