Vallisnera would be great for hiding a heater. It grows in just about any light, although it may take a bit to root in your tank.

Amazon sword will be ok, more light would be nice, but you should be ok with what you have. just make sure you're not afraid to pull outside leaves off....these mothers will get BIG.

Also look into java fern as a foreground plant, will grow into gravel, or on driftwood.

Any Anubias varieties will also work, they're a bit expensive, but basically impossible to kill and do really well in low light.

Cryptocoryne will also do well in low light, although I can't find it locally (GRRRR)
