P's usually goes into different mood swings when they get older. They often go through fazes of not eatting and just being boring. Another aspect is that 2 RBs aren't really that aggressive, these are shoaling fishes. Last thing, if your not carefull, your P's being that large and in such a small tank will most def kill one another for territory and space.
