True, Serra's (Gold Spilos and Black Rhom) are supposed to be alone in a separate tank each. Im surprised that your Rhom didnt finish off the Gold first unless the Gold was bigger. But dont stress, add salt solution to your tank with the injured Rhom and move him into another tank. He'll survive, but wont grow the eye back.
