Hm, perhaps a raised scale? It could be anything...a small cyst, skin that healed and the scar is raised, a small parasite hiding under the scale.

I would just watch it closely, this happens sometimes with fish, never got a definative answer about the cause though. Let somebody know if it changes, hopefully it will either get smaller or stay the same.
