:Ive been watching them a lot and none of the other fish have been aggressive. I have good news though. Yesterday, I snuck up on them when I came home from work and all of them were out. When they saw me, they hid again but when I fed them they all came out to eat. If I sit in front of the tank and dont move too fast they are starting to come out a little now.
:I have been checking my water every Saturday and the nitrite levels finally dropped back down. Thats when I bought more fish. I will keep monitoring it though. The last thing I want is to loose my fish.

::Are you sure that none of the other fish were ever aggressive toward the parrots in the first place? Maybe one scare made them hide.
::I had extra large Black Barbs in my tank. They were large and calm enough for the Parrots to get over their fear and come out. No matter what, those barbs just swam around.
::Be careful of one tiger barb. They have a tendency to be aggressive if they are by themselves.
::Another question. Did your tank have enough time to finish cycling? Four weeks would be just past the middle of a cycle. Could it be possible that your nitrate/nitrites and ammonia are flopping up and down on these poor guys? Take a water sample to your lps as soon as possible to be sure. Bad water would make them hide.
