parrots hiding and not eating

I just bought 4 parrots for my new 1 month old 55 gallon tank. I bought 2 first and they seemed a little shy but were out some on the first day. The next day I bought two more and now all except one that comes out every now and then, are hiding. I thought maybe they would come out during feeding times but they arent. I have a large blue ribbon castle as a center piece and they stay in there the entire time with one eye on me to see what Im up too. Im concerned that they are not eating. I read another mesage that someone else was having the same problem and it takes 4-8 weeks for them to come out but how do I make sure they are getting the proper nutrients in the mean time. I have some other fish in there as well (blue gouramis, 1 tiger barb, giant danio). None of these fish are aggressive towards the new parrots. The parrots appear to just be afraid of people. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.
