Look to me like parasites but I'm not sure. If you are feeding live food to the other fish, sometimes they can become ill from the feeders, especially if you dump the feeder water in the tank instead of scooping the feeders out. Can you take the picture to your local pet store? I think Maracyde-two is for parasites. I'll ask someone in the meantime.
