If they are Blood Parrots, they should turn red as they mature. The black is juvenile stripes that should disappear with time. I have seen some keep the black though.

On the other hand, if they are JellyBean Parrots, they may have been dyed or will bleach light grey. I had one I thought was a natural grey. It wasn't. Only the yellow and red are natural.
