I would suggest you doing it like you were bringing her home from the pet store for the very first time. Get a large plastic bag and fill with water. Catch Polly and float her in the new tank for 10 minutes. (I usually leave the bag open and hanging over the side, then close the top to keep it from floating off) After the 10 minutes, put about a dixie cup full of water from your tank into the bag. Do this every 10 minutes for three times. Polly is now used to not only the temperature of the tank but also the water. I do not like to spill the bag water in because I was having a cross problem with my lps's water compatablility but you should have no problem doing so.

This tank has been seasoned already, right? It's not brand new, is it?
