A friend of mine and I recently became owners of Parrot Cichlids.
She got two and I got one.
The ones she got however look very different. hers are cute , fat and friendly
The one I got is sleeker in body and hasn't turned orange yet. In fact he has quite
a bit of blue and spots on his sides. Only a small amount of orange under the gill area.
He is the absolute MEANEST thing to my other fish I have ever seen. He isn't friendly at all.
He in fact killed one of my small Angel fish this morning. I was one very upset person. Called my
friend and her's are still very much docile and cute and sweet. What the heck happened to mine. It's like
it's possessed by a fish DEMON!!! I don't like him at all and don't really know for sure what to do.
I now have him in a tank with only a couple of cory cats. I think they are just to fast for him to pick on.
This fish is only 2.5-3" in length. I wonder if I got a second one if it would diminish the aggressiveness or did I simply
get a DEVIL fish????
