Chase,
There are some possibilities some common and some not so common. I will try to give common names but you will find variences from time to time. Anything less than *** probably should be avoided by a new aquarist.

Echidna catenata Chainlink Moray ***
Echidna delicatula Speckled Moray ****
Echidna polyzona Banded Moray **
Gymnothorax brunneus Brown Moray ****
Gymnothorax eurostus Stout Moray ****
Gymnothorax milliaris Goldetail Moray ****
Gymnothorax saxicola Blackedge Moray ****
Muraena lentiginosa Jewel Moray ****
Siderea thyrsoidea White-eyed Moray ****
Uropterygius macrocephalus Largehead snake Moray ****

While there are more than this, these are the most frequently encountered eels by hobbyists. While most all on this list do not achieve lengths more than 28" their mass could require a new tank later on (ex. Goldentail).
If you need anything else let me know.

Craig

: What, if any, types of eels would be able to live in a 30-35 gallon aquarium? If possible I would appreciate any info or other websites on this species.I am new to owning eels but I would really love to have one eventually cuz they are really cool. Any feedback would be very appreciated. thanks!
