He doesn't get live food (not a very healthy diet for a moray), but he hunts and finds any food item I drop in his tank. I often hide things and he searches it out and finds everything. He recogizes me and comes right up to the glass face to face with me. He'll follow me all over the tank like a dog. :)
He is active and doesn't lay around looking bored like many morays I've seen.
