I had a problem with a cloudy tank. Son over fed fish & had an ammonia spike. Did a water change and ammonia is now ok, ph is fine, Problem is the green haze in the tank. From what I have read of line, it's an alge problem.
I had tanks in the past, never had to watch them like now, so I'm feeling like a rookie starting over.
What exactly is cycling a tank? How can I get rid of this green haze without totally starting over? Or is that my option. My smaller tank downstairs is quickly getting crowded with growning Molly babies & I want to move them to the 10 gallon tank, but not till I have this green haze under control. Help please.
