If she looks like she always has poop hanging out, then that is more than likely what it is and would be an indication of overfeeding, not pregnancy. If the poop is white in color and stringy then instead of overfeeding there's a good chance she has an internal parasite.
Female mollies will have what is called a gravid spot, and is generally above their anal fin. In a pregnant molly this gravid spot will gradually get darker the closer she gets to giving birth, as well as her belly should become larger. If she hasn't been in a tank with a male in the last 6 months, then she isn't pregnant.
