On your other mollie, check the anal fin on the underside right after the belly, if the fin there is narrow, and pointed then its male, if its broad then its female, some mollies I've had can "fold" their anal fins to make it hard to see, but if you catch them by surprise they'll spread them, This is a picture of a female dalmation mollie. I'm going to upload a picture of a male as well later so check back in my gallery... ^_^
