wonderful fish to keep...need to be in groups of 3 or more, in a tank 55 gallons or bigger...they are active and dance all over the place. Sometimes they roll around together, sometimes they pop to the surface, play in the bubbles, they will eat out of your fingers (be careful). The larger the group the great the activity seems to be. I currently have 6 of mine in a 75 gallon tank and they are all over the place...kings of their domain :-) When they rest, they all pile together under a piece of driftwood to sleep....a pile of loaches! Funny fish to watch!
Enjoy!

:I was looking at Clown Loaches at Petco as I would like to keep them in the future. I saw some odd things and was wondering if y'all could explain them. First, one loach was in a vertical position and popped to the surface for air once, but swam horizontally. Most of them were wiggling their bodies in a heap against the wall with their heads showing. What were they doing?
