I'll try these methods. I put guppies in the tank before and it didn't eat them. Directly after is when he ate the ghost shrimp. I'm guessing that it is a "he" because I counted 10 or 11 dorsel fins?
I'll post back with results. Today will be the 5th day since the last feeding.

:Lion's can go quite awhile without eating, and refusal of food is especially common in the first few weeks of adding them to a tank. Try feeding him when the lights go out, lionfish are nocturnal hunters in nature. If he continues to refuse food try throwing some guppies in the tank. I've never seen a lion refuse guppies, and at least this will get something in him.
