I have a large (11" long)lionfish that has been in our tank for about 5 months. I've noticed lately that sometimes it will change colors. The white stripes on his body as well as his fins will turn a deep red. This will last for several minutes, and then everything changes back to normal. We have an established tank with several other fish, and all of them are healthy, including the lionfish. H2O chemical levels are right on, too. Any thoughts as to what is going on?
