gas bladder problem

My 1ft shushui developed, well contracted, a sudden gas bladder malfunction.
it was eating one minute and suddenly started listing to one side and now completely out of control.

happened after feeding. it continued to feed when the problem was starting to show--it fed sideways.

its been 48 hours and no feeding. still out of control.

what happened and what to do now?
