You have the beginnings of an ulcer outbreak. The ulcers can be caused by a number or combinaiton of things. What is your water quality? Test the ammonia, KH, nitrites and nitrates. Any sign of a paracite? Anchor worms? Salt the water to 0.3% for starters, but be aware that some aquatic plants, especially floaters like hyacinths or water lettuce, are very salt salt sensitive so you may want to remove them.
